Looking Closely at works in the State Art Collection

Looking Closely sheets aim to make art more accessible. The A3 laminated sheets are designed to give information in relation to particular artists and artworks from the State Art Collection. Some identify particular art practices or give an historical insight into the period the work was made in. They are a popular resource for students and general visitors alike. Due to popular demand, the suite of sheets are now being provided in downloadable pdf format.
