Conditions

  • Public Holiday rates available on request.

  • Rates are valid from 1 July 2011
  • Rates include GST
  • All catering, service, linen, flowers, decor, hire of additional equipment & tables musicians and special audiovisual requirements, are additional costs.
  • Rates not valid for exhibitions over two floors and admission charges may be applicable to major exhibitions.
  • Concourse Functions between 10am-5pm are only permitted on Tuesdays when the Gallery is closed
  • Rates listed are for numbers up to 150 in the concourse. Additional security charges will apply for events with numbers over 150 people.
  • This price list replaces any previously issued. Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Prices may be subject to change without notice.
  • Additional security charges may be incurred if events or pack-down finish later than specified times.
  • Set-up time is to commence from 4.30pm unless otherwise negotiated.
  • Gallery Guides may booked on request and subject to availability.
  • A function requirement form is to be signed and returned, along with the booking deposit,
    in order for your function to be confirmed.
