AGWA launches a fashion first | Anna Park x WAH-WAH x AGWA

AGWA proudly launches a world-first art and fashion collaboration. The Look, look. Knit is a collaboration between contemporary artist Anna Park, designer WAH-WAH Australia and AGWA.

Anna Park’s signature expressive drawings have been transposed by Australian knitwear label WAH-WAH and the result is a stunning, limited-edition knitwear capsule.

This VIP event will be hosted by Vogue Australia's Editorial Director, Edwina McCann, and features a Q&A with WAH-WAH designer Kaylene Milner and artist Anna Park.

AGWA invites you to the official launch of the new Look, look. Knit - a collaboration between artist Anna Park, designer Wah-Wah Australia and AGWA.

This is a world-first collaboration and a true fashion and design moment, featuring Anna Park’s newest body of work and her first foray into fashion.

Considered the darling of the art scene, Anna Park has chosen Australia as her first international solo museum exhibition. It is without doubt, a major moment for the Australian art and fashion scene.

Editorial Director of Vogue and Editor-in-Chief, Edwina McCann will host the launch of this exclusive and limited-edition knitwear capsule and fashion story, featuring a Q&A with designer Kaylene Milner and artist Anna Park.

The event will explore the synergies of art and fashion and how a growing number of artists (and designers) are blurring the lines.

Tickets: $50, includes a drink on arrival and canapes.

On Saturday 27 August, the Gallery is open 10am-3pm only as we prepare for the AGWA Foundation Gala supporting women in the arts. Some exhibition access will be disrupted with two Tracks We Share ground floor galleries closed. AGWA Rooftop bar will be closed, reopening at 2pm Sunday.
